These Terms cover your use of the Sunsetregency website and any booking, service or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using this website means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. Confirming your age on the entry page constitutes a representation that this applies to you. Photographic identification may be requested upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where it applies; city tax and gratuities can be extra.
• A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless another arrangement is agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Sunsetregency or its licensors and is covered by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
